Room was quite small, but super clean with a nice taste of decoration. Also it is great that the breakfast buffet is open until 11:00 am... Even though internet is at an extra cost, it is super cheap and connection is very good. Overall, it is the best hotel I have stayed in Dusseldorf so far.

We booked a brand-new and fashionable room. The breakfast was hearty, with genuinely helpful staff and a lot of food. It was in an incredibly comfortable and ideal location just next door to restaurants-mostly Asian ones, all the shoppings, malls and bars and restaurant, and shops.

Modern accommodation, the breakfast was fresh made, magnificent location near the main train station. The room was brand-new and cheap, had coffee and complementary tea. The staff were super friendly and were around whole time. Booked this for our christmas and it met needs.
Although everything was nice, some of the staff were not that friendly.

The staff were excellent and genounly nice ( all except for one :-p) they were very helpful to provide me with places to go, which train to take and so forth. The rooms were big and very spacesious. It is just an opposite of a Japanese bakery which sereves the most delicious pastries . Good if you opt not to have the breakfast in the hotel. Also, it is near Japanese grocery stores and DVD and book stores. The main station just minutes away. Kofhof, Altsad, and C&A are less than 5 minutes away. really for the price we paid I braced myself for a nightmare but it turned out to be a dream.

All the services were very good! The room was stylish, the bed was amazing and there was a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was freshly cooked with "real " scrambled eggs & bacon, all the food was appetising.

The location of the hotel was excellent - very central - just a 5/10 minute walk into the centre. Night receptionist Tim Heinrichs was very helpful & chatty . Gave us some good tips on how to spend our day and had actually emailed me before our stay to advise on directions to the hotel from the airport
No but chose not to stay for breakfast as thought it was a bit pricey at 12 euros each

Walking distance to shopping street, in Japanese quarter, real quiet, free parking on street (Sunday and holidays, parking garage near hotel for 13euros/day), hotel small and intimate, staff very friendly and helpful, simple and chic decor, everything you'd expect for a 3 star in Europe, beautiful breakfast room. But since we didn't have breakfast, can't rate it. There is however a bakery right opposite the hotel.
Only two things: feather pillow sunk down to nothing during the night, room a little small, but adequate. The rooms of different sizes, so maybe you'll get lucky!
